Scott Anderson - Chef-Owner of Elements (Princeton, New Jersey), named one of Esquire’s “New Chefs to Watch” is regarded as a vanguard of modern global-American cuisine.
George Mendes - Chef-Owner of Aldea (New York). In 2010, Mendes made the shortlist for a nomination in the James Beard Foundation’s “Best Chef New York” award.
Matthias Merges - Chef-Owner of Yusho (Chicago). Known as Charlie Trotters’ Executive Chef for 14 years and currently the man behind the hugely successful Yakitori-style Yusho.
John Shields -Former Chef of Virginia’s Town House (Chilhowie, VA) and Food & Wine magazine’s 2010 Best New Chefs winner. Chef Shields is currently busy building his latest dream in D.C.
James Syhabout - Chef-owner of Michelin-starred Commis and acclaimed Hawker Fare (Oakland). His latest Oakland project is called Box and Bells – a high-end gastropub.
Justin Cogley - Executive Chef of Aubergine, Cogley comes to Carmel by way of Chicago, where he was chef de cuisine at Charlie Trotter’s and Elysian Hotel’s kitchen. Chef Justin looks forward to this one-of-a- kind event.
