The AM Breakfast Cook reviews the pre-set menu to understand the offerings, utilizing a variety of cooking techniques, plates the food, and hands it to the Breakfast Servers. The Breakfast Cook must follow all instructions from the Executive Chef to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and that our guests are completely satisfied with their order. Our perfect candidate has significant food production and culinary experience.
Front Desk Agent
The candidate should be genuinely inspired by hospitality, the service arts, and travel, as well as possess a heart of a servant. The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience in well-established hotels or inns with a reputation for high standards in service. The Front Desk Agent's duties are to answer phones, respond to emails, perform basic clerical duties, book reservations, handle customer inquiries, and positively solve any problems that may arise.
Night Audit
The candidate should be genuinely inspired by hospitality, the service arts, and travel, as well as possess a heart of a servant. The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience in well-established hotels or inns with a reputation for high standards in service. The Night Auditor is responsible for the overnight audit process and accounting functions such as daily reporting of revenues and accounts payables, transaction audits and verifications, and preparation of final statements for the next day's check-outs.
Room & Laundry Attendant
The candidate should be genuinely inspired by hospitality, the service arts, and travel, as well as possess a heart of a servant. The ideal candidate has 2+ years’ experience in well-established hotels or inns with a reputation for high standards in service. Room Attendants work as part of the housekeeping service team at a hotel. The job duties involve cleaning and sanitizing rooms, hallways, stairways, and all guest areas. Room attendants might interact with guests and should be prepared to answer basic guest questions in a friendly and professional manner.
